1. Booking and Confirmation

Contract: A contract exists between Gotobeach and the client ("you") once a booking is confirmed and the required payment is received.

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all traveler details match passports. Any costs for corrections will be your responsibility.
2. Payment Policy

Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.

Variations: Payment schedules and deposit amounts may vary depending on the specific policies of the selected accommodation or service provider.
3. Pricing and Surcharges

Gotobeach reserves the right to adjust prices due to external factors (e.g., fuel surcharges, government taxes, or extreme currency fluctuations).

If a price increase exceeds 10% of the original cost, you may cancel the booking with a full refund.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following general fees apply:

Over 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.

31–60 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

0–30 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

Crucial Note: Cancellation terms and "non-refundable" status vary significantly from hotel to hotel and between different room categories. The specific cancellation policy of your chosen hotel will supersede these general terms where applicable.
5. Changes and Modifications

By the Client: Any requested changes to a booking are subject to availability and may incur administration fees.

By Gotobeach: We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries. In the event of a major change, you will be notified immediately.

Hotel Policies: On-site rules, including check-in/check-out times, pet policies, and facility access, vary from hotel to hotel and are subject to the property's own regulations.
6. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

All travelers must hold comprehensive travel insurance. This must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liability. Gotobeach is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance.
7. Force Majeure

Gotobeach is not liable for changes or cancellations caused by "Force Majeure" (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other events beyond our control). In such cases, provider-specific refund or credit policies will apply.
8. Passports, Visas, and Health

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements for your destination. Gotobeach is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation.
9. Liability and Third-Party Providers

Gotobeach acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.).

While we select our partners carefully, we are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these providers. Service standards and amenities may vary by property and location.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises during your trip, you must report it to the service provider (e.g., hotel management) or our local representative immediately.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
11. Governing Law
